If you registered with a mobile number, you need to use that for mobile login. If you registered with your email, use the email tab. Mixing these up is the most common cause of failed logins.

If your credentials are correct but you still can't get in, check whether your account has been temporarily restricted. This can happen automatically if there have been multiple failed login attempts — it's a security measure. In that case, wait fifteen minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock the account manually.

For a forgotten password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. Enter your registered email, and a secure reset link will be sent to your inbox.
